Meet the Team:Billie Jo Beverly Owner and Specialized Fitness TrainerBillie Jo Beverly, born and raised in Thomas County, started Mobility Masters in 2000 with a passion for helping individuals who were finished with their therapy program but wanted to continue on a path to maintenance/wellness. She also desires to help those just want to continue working with a personal trainer to maintain wellness and a high level of physical fitness.
Billie Jo has been a personal fitness trainer with emphasis on older adults and adults with disabilities for almost 15 years. She has provided fitness training in a variety of settings including individual homes, local assisted living facilities, nursing homes and our local clinic. Billie Jo specializes in geriatrics, long-term exercising of older adults, and individuals with individuals with medical conditions (i.e. strokes, musculosketal issues, and elderly individuals who have difficulty with daily living skills). In addition to her ownership of Mobility, Billie Jo also co-owns Trio Therapy Services, a local physical therapy clinic serving the Thomasville, Georgia community and surrounding areas since 2006. Billie Jo graduated from Thomas Technical College and Thomas University as a physical therapist assistant in 1992. She returned to Thomas University to complete her Bachelors in Rehabiliation Services in 2004 and her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2005 with her certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor. She has been adjunct teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology at our local Southwest Georgia Technical College since 2012. She, along with two other ladies in our local community, co-founded Lives Without Limits, a local 501c3 non-profit which is designed to honor the courage and spirit of individuals living with a disability by providing outdoor recreation and specialized medical equipment at little to no cost. Jackie Bishop Specialized Fitness TrainerJackie has over 14 years of experience in personal fitness training. She has been working with Mobility Masters for 5 years. Jackie has provided services in a variety of setting including outpatient clinics, individual homes, local assisted living facilities, inpatient rehabs, wound care clinics, and pool therapy. Jackie specializes in geriatrics and promoting the independence of older adults. Jackie especially enjoys working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
In her spare time, Jackie enjoys camping and riding four-wheelers in the mud! Erin Vick Certified Fitness TrainerErin Vick, born and raised in Thomas County, began working with Mobility Masters in 2014 after graduating with her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Wellness. Erin has provided services in our outpatient clinic, assisted living facilities, and individual homes. Erin loves working with geriatric patients to help promote their independence at home and within the community.
