Day 1 will cover mechanisms of injury, hands on clinical exams with footage of cutting-edge surgical techniques for the shoulder patient in the morning and hands on manual rehab techniques in the afternoon. Day 2 will examine biomechanical and neuromuscular patterns that predispose individuals to ACL injury with hands on clinical exams and viewing surgical techniques. The afternoon will focus on hands on LE rehab techniques, including plyometric exercises and return to sport functional testing.
